Present Perfect 1 (I have done)

Connecting past actions with the present result now, giving new information, and using just, already, and yet.

Core Structure & Formula
Form: Subject + have/has + Past Participle (I've finished / She has arrived)
Just: have just + past participle (short time ago)
Already: have already + past participle (sooner than expected)
Yet: haven't + past participle ... yet / Has ... yet? (until now)

AConnection with Now (Present Result)

The action took place in the past, but the result matters right now.

Our supervisor has cancelled the meeting. (= she cancelled it and it is no longer happening)
Ow! I've twisted my ankle. (it hurts now)
Officials have closed two roads because of the flooding.

BGone to vs. Been to

'Has gone to' means currently there or on the way. 'Has been to' means has visited and returned.

Marco is on a business trip. He has gone to Singapore. (= he is in Singapore now)
Nora is back in the office now. She has been to Singapore. (= returned)

CJust, Already, and Yet

Special adverbs modifying timing of present perfect events.

'Would you like some lunch?' 'No thanks, I've just eaten.' (a short time ago)
'Don't forget to register for the exam.' 'I've already registered.' (earlier than expected)
Has the university published the results yet? (expecting something to happen)
